Workshop on IP Protection for ESA BIC Entrepreneurs

ESA BIC Bavaria IP workshop

Intellectual property (IP) protection helps companies to control who can exploit their brand and their technology. IP protection is especially important for high-tech companies because it allows entrepreneurs to establish ownership of the different elements of their solution and their business. Furthermore, it is an important way of building a sustainable competitive advantage on the market that others cannot easily replicate. The ESA BIC Bavaria programme regularly offers workshops to its startups and alumni on various topics. Professional coaches and experts are invited to conduct hands-on workshops and share their knowledge with the participants. At the latest workshop, “Odyssey in Intellectual Property Protection”, ESA BIC Bavaria entrepreneurs learned about the strategic application of IP rights from Dalibor Grabovac, an experienced industrial patent agent from the German GH-Patent.
